A Bhagavan Nama Satsang was organised at Vivekananda Vidyalaya School, Puducherry, under the auspices of the Ramakrishna Math, Puducherry.

The Ramakrishna Math in Puducherry has been functioning for the past five years on Sekkilar Street, near Integra Software Solutions. In addition to undertaking various humanitarian service activities, the Math, with its strong emphasis on divine and spiritual values, is widely regarded as an important centre of spiritual inspiration in the region.

To encourage greater public participation in spiritual activities and to raise awareness of the upcoming Ramakrishna Math at Karuvadikuppam, Puducherry, the Satsang programme was organised by inviting Sri Srinathdas ji, son of Vittaldas Maharaj, Govindapuram, together with his team.

The programme, led by Sri Srinathdas ji and party, was warmly welcomed by Swami Nityeshananda, the Monk-in-Charge of the Ramakrishna Math, Puducherry. The event received gracious support from Sri S. Selvaganabathy, Member of Parliament, Puducherry, and from Justice (Retd.) Ramabhadran, Puducherry.

Swami Satyajnanananda Maharaj, Adhyaksha, Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, delivered words of benediction, blessing the gathering. Sri Ganeshan A. K. and Sri Swaminathan of Ramakrishna Seva Sangha, Puducherry, honoured the chief guest on the occasion.

More than 350 devotees participated in the spiritually uplifting programme. Local cultural organisations, including Dharma Samrakshana Samithi and Veda Bharathi, actively took part, rendering devotional songs and sacred hymns that added to the event's devotional fervour.

At the conclusion of the programme, all devotees were offered ‘Vidyaprasadam’ and food prasadam.
